The steps below are to customise the Outlook Charter Email Settings with IMAP as your account form.

  • On your laptop, open Outlook and then go to the File menu.
  • Click the drop-down menu and then select the option for Info / Tools.
  • Choose the Add Account option now. If you do not see the Add Account option, click Accounts and select New Accounts.
