Setup Charter Business Email Account On Outlook

The steps below are to customise the Outlook Charter Email Settings with IMAP as your account form.
- On your laptop, open Outlook and then go to the File menu.
- Click the drop-down menu and then select the option for Info / Tools.
- Choose the Add Account option now. If you do not see the Add Account option, click Accounts and select New Accounts.
- Navigate and pick Advanced Options, and then pick the checkbox "Let me manually set up my account"
- Select the Attach option or, depending on your version of Outlook, select the Manual setup or additional server types option.
- Hit Next and then pick the account form as IMAP on the Choose Service tab.
- Depending on what you have on your phone, Click Connect or Next.
